What matters most to us...
Our human community. Our human experience. Our shared messiness. Our creative, eccentric, passionate nature. Our never ending curiousity...

Erin has been a clinical counselor for over 15 years, and with each passing year, her love for the work deepens. Life’s twists and turns have given her a richer understanding of herself and fueled her desire to be of service to others. Her favourite thing about sitting with humans is the intimate way she gets to hear the complex and fascinating stories that shape each person’s life.

She blends Emotion-Focused Therapy, Parts Work, somatic techniques, and clinical hypnotherapy to help clients reimagine themselves and create a new of experiencing their world.

Allison’s evolving expertise spans breathwork, somatics, and trauma healing, integrating approaches such as Hakomi, Bodynamics, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems. Ange Vander Schilden
Ange is a trained Physiotherapist who approaches the body through the lens of the nervous system. She is deeply curious about how the body is shaped by both past and present psycho-spiritual-emotional experiences. Combining Western science with a touch of mysticism, she believes in unlocking therapeutic potential at the intersection of neurobiology, physiology, and the numinous—those ineffable experiences that point to something inexplicably larger than ourselves.
Ange is committed to creating a safe space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies and build the capacity to work with nervous system activation. Her evolving approach integrates modalities such as Numa Breathwork, mindfulness, Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, myofascial unwinding, and traditional Physiotherapy bodywork. She strives to co-create containers of safety and trust where clients can explore their own felt experiences, and she is a lifelong learner, ever-curious about the complexity and beauty of the human experience.
